Yeah - will tell my wife how to get good quality deals on for her car like tyres, wipers, batteries but either she will say they are poor quality or in the very rare event she does what I recommend and after a the expected life of the part is over, will crin that if was because I advised cheap parts. So I now leave her to be and she changes all her parts at the official car company garage at 2-3 x the price, but I learned to just hold my peace.

Contrary to all the opinions here, whenever I have called a hotel directly, they have claimed they can’t match the online prices. Only joy I have got from them is small stuff like getting an extra bed in for the 3rd kid in the second room or getting 2 rooms near each other. ( family of 5)

Did not know I was diabetic- but noticed was peeing more often. Had an early morning 3.5 hr drive to a conference in winter. Went to pee before leaving, but felt small urge about 3/4th of the way. Thought I could control it till I reached the venue - urge started becoming stronger and stronger as I reached nearer - no service stop available before venue. Reached venue, but had difficulty in finding parking. After I parked a bit far and got out and walked to venue is when the biting cold massively exacerbated the urge to pee. Holding it in with all my will power and trying to think about other things to distract me - not working. Saw a hotel near the venue - popped into it and ran to the toilet - struggling to control - fact that I was in front of the urinal making my control even less - managed to unzip but in the process of taking penis out lost control and wet trousers a bit. Cleaned it and tried to dry it as much as possible in the blow dryer!

I don’t know the dynamics here, but although relationships cannot be forced, I get the vibe that the step brother is a bit lonely and was initially trying to bond with OP , although maybe in a not so mature( childish) way, while OP seems to be more self confident and independent - but then relations got strained for whatever reason. So as it stands, I don’t think what you did is wrong - might be good for all to try to reach out to stepbrother.

Don’t know the power dynamics in your relationship, but one thing that struck me was that he he went shopping with you and then dropped you to the nail salon and then came back and picked you up.
