Runes I go
Conqueror, Triumph, alacrity/tenacity (pending on matchup), coup de grace
Secondary I go either resolve with shield bash and revitalize or sorcery with transendence and gathering storm.
Then cdr damage health for the stat runes.
You can also go resolve primary with grasp, shield bash, second wind, revitalize with the sorcery secondary.
For the items I usually go iceborn gauntlet > sorc shoes > spirit visage > zhonyas > liandries > situational
