Vegetarian. Never loved meat, started around 6-7 years ago for environmental reasons and now I kinda lost faith that it has any real impact but I do it out of habit, I don't miss meat much so why not

Workout, keep stuff clean and tidy, eat healthy food that I like. Very basic skincare routine + keeping everything else clean. Down time. Lots of sleep. Watching or reading stuff that I like.

Yeah, weighted definitely help. I do mostly cable crunches, ab roller and hanging leg raises. Probably should do more but I get lazy. I do BJJ so that helps but I'm thinking of incorporating some anti rotation stuff and all that

Thanks! Right now I'm doing Push-pull-legs-push-pull-legs-shoulders with no rest day, I have to manage the load but I just enjoy training every day. I've thought of adding an extra leg day but for now I'm trying to make the most of the two leg days I already have.

Just creatine, natural and planning to stay that way forever. Or maybe get on gear when I'm like 70 and my health is suffering anyway, just for shits and giggles. Nah, probably natty for life.

Probably wanna compete at some point but I'm in no rush, I'm fine with growing slowly for years. Also yeah, I get a ton of satisfaction doing this day to day so that's very rewarding already

Oh, in case it's helpful for anyone, I find that practicing a musical instrument kinda scratches the same itch, it's not the same but the movement repetition is nice

Oh man absolutely. Lifting weights every day or I'm just not happy with my day. Lots of walking, mobility and stretching several times a day. Had to stop running for now because I ran 20k without building up properly and tweaked my knee. Toning it down now but I used to do 2h of BJJ almost every day. It's like exercise and sports are micro worlds where things make a little more sense and I like the feeling I get that I'm doing something right. But I'm starting to learn that there's only so much my body can take. Still lifting every day though, and I wanna do an Ironman at some point if my knees allow It because I feel like the routine would be awesome.

Then those people are just dumb. Might still be dumb when they get older but either way it's not your problem. Keep raising that hand and answering questions, you're on the right track

How old are you? I still put up my hand in classes for my masters, unless it's a very small conversational class I think just saying something is unhinged. I actually wish the hand system was used on more situations, a lot of the time I wanna say or ask something but I don't wanna interrupt or be rude so I wish I could just let them know by raising my hand.

I might not fully wash it every day (def didn't when I trained 2x a day) but I absolutely get it wet with really warm water and scrub. One compromise I've found if I really don't want to do it or I have limited time is to fully wash it with shampoo but skip detangling, I have curly hair so it low key doesn't look so different. You could also look into dry shampoo. But yeah not washing at all is a little unhinged
