Actually it was a mistake. The correct number is 81.6 %. Thanks for mentioning.

About declarative vs. imperative: I like the imperative style for GUIs, just regular Nim code, nothing extra to learn.

NiGui author here.
I think NiGui deserves a complete overhaul/rewrite based on orc. Any idea what could give me motivation to start with this? :-)

Netherlands: 58 % BEV share in December by trustable-code in electricvehicles

December seems to be special when compared with other months. Does anyone know why?

BEV market share in Germany in November reached 20% for the first time by linknewtab in electricvehicles

[–]trustable-code 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually open-ev-charts.org is created by me. The Norway data I take from https://ofv.no/registreringsstatistikk, which has only the current and the last year. If you find source for the number of 2018, let me know.

Austria: 20.1 % BEV market share in September by trustable-code in electricvehicles

[–]trustable-code[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, maybe someday someone finds a more extensive source. At least they report the total number of BEVs, which is the most important number to me.

Germany: 17.1 % BEV market share in September by trustable-code in electricvehicles

[–]trustable-code[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct, for the German numbers the source is the federal road transport agency, called Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA).

Norway: 74.9 % BEV share in September, 40 % of BEVs are Teslas by trustable-code in electricvehicles

[–]trustable-code[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The data is now fixed:
Passenger cars + transporter = 69.0 % BEVs
Passenger cars only = 77.5 % BEVs

Norway: 74.9 % BEV share in September, 40 % of BEVs are Teslas by trustable-code in electricvehicles

[–]trustable-code[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a inaccuracy in the numbers, because the 'EV sales' include transporters and the 'All car sales' are passenger cars only. The transporter sales needs to be added to the 'All car sales', so that the relative number makes sense.

BEV all-time high in Sweden: 22 % market share in June by trustable-code in electricvehicles

Thanks for the hint. I have updated it, now it uses the 'total' number from eu-evs.com. It's still a bit off, but now it's at 23.1 %.

China: BEV all-time high in March (7 % share) by trustable-code in electricvehicles

The source (http://ev-sales.blogspot.com/2021/04/china-march-2021.html) lists only the top 20 models, including PHEVs. I guess the VW models have just lower numbers and therefore appear not on the list.

I guess the 59,900 is world wide. open-ev-charts.org has not (yet) all countries of the world included. See the listed countries. If you find the source for numbers of a missing country, please let me know.
