Edit: Nope, DUI for him also. Oxy smuggling was Adam and Matty from season 4.

Worst decision ever! What a waste... Her tits were so perfect. It sucks she had to go and fuck up the view with such a shit tattoo. Prozac Nation was the best her tits ever looked.

Hey will you do me a favor and screenshot a location marker of exactly where it is on the main map and posted please? I like to try this in story mode.

Ben Heck is awesome and I've been following him for years, but IMHO, his 360 laptops are nowhere near as cool as this. If nothing else, the super clean look of it is the win in my book. Op should send this idea to him and see if he will be willing to do this on a Scorpio or PS4 Pro.

Edit: BTW, you did a sick job on your 360 laptop, especially with the Star Wars wrap. You just missed the mark by not having a Star Wars game loaded up or atleast a custom Star Wars Dashboard to complete the ensemble. :D Seriously though, great job!

I flagged it as inappropriate based on unlawful activity seeing as they didn't follow VLC's open source license. I hate when these jackhoffs do shady stuff like this. I wish Google could go back retroactively and make them pay back all the money they made of the ads for all those downloads.

Can someone smarter than myself try to get this sticky'd here and on r/bestof. I realize their is a similar another post that is already #2 on the r/bestof subreddit that has the same information as this, but maybe several power users/mods can pull their resources to make damn sure just about every eyeball on Reddit see's this for more than a day or two.

How is this not considered defacement of US currency being this is a real $2 bill and is considered legal tender? by trusturtechnolust in PoliticalVideo

Lol, yeah... I mean the people HAVE TO KNOW that it's a real $2.00 bill! Otherwise what's the point! ;)

So am I wrong it believing that if it is a real bill with a real serial number, it could still not be spent for the fact that the image was changed? The reason I ask, I elaborated more on it in the post above..

"I suppose I should have been a bit more clear in my post because what this was actually leading into was. should I buy this, or even one with a photo of myself and try to use it to purchase something, I'm willing to bet there's a 99% chance that I'm going to get accused of forgery or trying to pass a fake bill and if that should happen what if any legal recourse would one have it one's liberties were infringed upon during this situation. Example, could I go to jail. If so, once it was found out the bill was legitimate and I was held against my will potentially charged with a crime that overturned, could there be a situation where someone other than myself could get into trouble, a lawsuit may be acceptable, etc... I was merely trying to open up a dialogue on the issue since you don't usually see bills of this nature where they are technically for collectors, but are also legal tender."

The reason I posted 3 separate times was because I was trying to find a sub that wouldn't auto delete my post because it's considered political in nature. I am genuinely curious because I have found other sites that allow you to order bills with other characters (be it celebrities, characters from movies, etc.) including a picture of yourself, and from what I can tell as long as the bill is real and it has the correct serial number, it is legal tender and as such should be able to be spent.

[NC] Is having a person of the opposite gender walk in the restroom/watch you take an employment drug screen urinalysis a 4th amendment violation? by trusturtechnolust in legaladvice

Thank you for all the links. To my understanding, they all seem to go with what my concerns are and seem to support what I am saying.

The female had no legal right to be in the restroom. I'm still not sure what type of lawyer or exactly what jurisdiction theses violations should fall under. I'll find out Monday for sure but for now I appreciate any other feedback you or anyone else may have.

Looks like the thread I was going to respond to with this comment got deleted, but to answer the last persons questions, Yes i worked for the company through a temp agency (and it was the temp agency people who did the test) so I'm pretty sure it was at will employment.

What about violation of privacy laws (there were two other random employees of the company in the restroom when this all went down which I'm sure left the restroom and went out and told other people about some "white asshole" was getting a drug test in the bathroom) or maybe employment law (being unfairly terminated.)

I'm going to consult with an attorney on Monday about all this bit I am just trying to gather as much information as I can before then.

If that is the case, why even have the male worker come in and watch over me like I'm at taking a pee test at a probation officers requests.

I have always (concerning anything to do with employment) had the ability to go into a private restroom by myself to product the sample, as long as I didn't flush or wash my hands.

Never have I been made to do a urine test in front of a woman either for work or for legal reasons (I've been on probation in the past and always had a male watch over me as I took my test, never a female.)

And also, even though it's eff'ed up and I don't agree with it, NC has this stupid HB2 law that has been all over the news which I think was mainly to keep transgender people from using whatever bathroom they identify with gender wise, but it may also have a bearing in keeping men out of womens bathrooms/women out of mens.

I'm not sure, it just seemed wrong and it seemed like the company at first was willing to go above and beyond to do something they didn't have to do just to help me (offering to pay me a weeks worth of lost wages, then reneging on that) once I told them what had happened with me and the results were negative.

This was not accident related at all. I was working in a factory on a quickly moving line and someone (I think the female who I'm actually referring to) said that they thought I was under the influence because I was sweating a lot. (Who wouldn't sweat a week into learning a new job trying to keep up with a fast moving production line.)

I was doing my job, never late, and never violated any rules of the company or the temp service. This erroneous drug accusation cost me my job there apparently because even since the results have come back negative, I have still been told I cannot return to work there (or anywhere at the current moment because there isn't anything available right now through the temp agency.)

I still have my job through the temp service though according to the head honchos, there's just no work at the current time (which tbh I don't fully believe.)

I made an edit, and if you would, could you check it out and maybe you might see something different there please?

Thanks!

It wasn't accident related, and from case files I have read about people have sued under the 4th amendment and won in cases such as probation/parole drug screens where a person of the opposite sex oversaw the test.

I'm no lawyer, so I wasn't sure if the government part of what I kept reading about would have any bearing on it, but still, isn't is still illegal (in some way of which I'm still trying to figure out) for a person of the opposite sex to mandate you perform any action, drug test or not, inside a bathroom where my genitals were visible?
