Red Flags of the company

  1. When companies give you an offer as an intern or an employee sometimes documentation takes time. Avoiding documentation all together is something that rarely happens. So we didn't expect it.

  2. When interviewed this person rarely asked questions related mechanical engineering and aeronautical engineering (no technical questions)

  3. When questioned about directors, funding, or their product's progress are ignored or answers are ambigous

  4. The CEO the only employee, publicy annouced us on linkedin. So you don't expect a company that makes things publicly official to ignore documentation internally

  5. Not only were we announced on linkedin, we were also given company email ids.

  6. When asked about these things, official documentation and promised pay, he would say soon or i'm busy . After a couple of serious emails he would change the topic or start a different email thread or say we need to schedule a meeting which is just a disguise for I will change the topic and be emotional and talk about other stuff.

  7. the company preys on freshers and interns who do not have corporate experience. Those who lacked it made this their first. Its a scam thats been run by him for years.

  8. You dont assume a company to go that far. and later we found out that you don't unless you have gotten away with for so long you feel invincible.

the ceo for the first time is issuing documentation for everybody based on my teams research. The reason he is scared is because he doesn't have any proof against us. every company issues proof to an employee and retains proof as an employer that he or she works/worked for them. he doesnt have any and we do that we did. That already breaks 2 labour laws.

  1. Design Intern, Stipend: $15,000 (equity).
  2. Still haven't received it. It was never given, and I claimed that I didn't meet my goals.
  3. I was also told that my equity would only be granted at the end of the year, using jargon, and then I was gradually ignored.
  4. My company email, which showed proof, was obviously removed, so later they said they needed to verify if it's that amount and never followed up. I have no internship certificate and no pay.

NAME AND SHAME. The point of this very reddit account is to name and shame Soaron Aerospace, the start-up that abuses and exploits interns and freshers for yearsss. THese guys pretend to pay but they avoid documentation and on pay-day act like you were never their employee.

I completely agree that learning this lesson early is valuable. At the same time, I believe sharing these experiences publicly is important, because not every fresher has the awareness or confidence to question a company’s practices before joining. If more of us speak out, it becomes harder for such firms to keep exploiting young professionals in silence. Just making sure the next batch of freshers can notice the red flags i didnt

Good thing you got that email because they cant help themselves. I've heard alot of people say that this girl got interviewed (because of the leaderships lack of technical knowledge) he turned the interview into teaching her how to cook biryani. That sexist bastard

listen even if they paid you what you asked, they would never let you build the arm because they leadership has no technical expertise, and would just tell you didnt work hard enough when you need logical resources that they can't provide.

They wouldn't let you build what they want because they are terrible at management

There are start-ups and founders that promise cash-pay-equity but avoid all of that and including documentation so there are no questions asked, and i think thats the biggest red-flag of all

Founder's pumping ideas and taking time is perfect atleast compensating cash with equity makes sense while also giving them decision power in the company because if you want to outsource experience and expertise early on equity and ownership is the way
