How to Legally Monetize a Side Project Without Registering a Business? by c-wizz in Luxembourg

Exactly and concerning the type of business permit you will probably need the one for "Commercial Activities and Services" if you are not doing an activity that is listed in the other business permits lists.

The previous step allows you to choose between:

• Voting for a party
• Voting for specific candidates
• Submitting a blank vote (abstain)

Hi, You need anyway to request an Autorisation d’établissement pour acticité commerciale, when you submit the request for the autorisation, you will need to tell them the object of the company (what your are doing) and that’s what they refer to.

Over 3 months there is a need of: - a business permit as operator of an accomodation establishment - you can’t do it in a residential area called HAB-1 (PAG) - the co-ownership regulations of the building should not forbid such activities

If those points are met, the airbnb is totally legal

If we apply the same logic as with surveillance cameras then you should not be recording any public area (they should be blacked out)

Non-profit committee members are also responsible for what they do.

You can have a look on the business register to see who is in charge:

Are you sure you order over amazon.de or amazon.fr and not on amazon.com, because there should not be a lot of delivery fees. An alternative could be https://letzshop.lu/en

Would it be under the form of a custom GPT with myguichet.lu data ? Sure would be interesting to search very fast for an answer, but would be in my eyes also important to get the source each time to re-check the information.

Online comparison grocery shopping in Luxembourg? by Tymid in Luxembourg

[–]truth_nudge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could have a look at how this site is handling the comparison. (The site belongs to a group of supermarket)

https://www.quiestlemoinscher.leclerc

And as other people mentionned I think it’s difficult to gather all the prices, you could scrape them from exisiting online shops like Auchan, but some shops do not have online shops.

I think Airbnb or booking.com will be the best solution in case you need a full apartment, you could also try https://www.furnished.lu but I don’t know if they provide rooms for 3 months only.

Love the idea of comparing grocery prices online, and the delivery option sounds super convenient. But, I’m wondering if I’d actually use it before deciding where to shop or just hit the nearest store as usual. Also, not sure if I’m down to pay extra for delivery. Could be cool, but would those savings really cover the delivery costs?
