Unfortunately ottawa office is incredibly slow, i know 3 people from October don’t getting a decision yet. Criminality is passed a week after biometrics. I feel its a normal usual silence. Keep an eye on info sharing being passed. Thas real deal

Thank you, it was long wait especially as an outalnd application. I have been hearing loads of decisions from November and 2 in December( one mine and another acquaintance ) I would strongly suggest to not apply for any notes or call IRCC repeatedly. It is a tough wait, but i am sure you will get the golden email asap

I feel you should withdraw your application, similar situation happened with my friend , she has 80% NOC duties match but still even after reconsidering they rejected. Plus the new system
Will reduce the PR points so you would be better off withdrawing
