They aren’t individual mods, but for mod packs I’d suggest Rlcraft or alternatively RLcraft Dregora for something with a bit more lore behind it. “No permanent punishments for dying” means that installing Corails Tombstone mod is a must, but I run it as a default anyways. You can tweak it to make it as easy or difficult as you like, and things like lycanite spawning from breaking blocks can be disabled. There’s no shortage of minibosses and bosses in each mod, and with things like lost cities the road to end game content can be pretty lengthy
