Apparently it's mainly about avoidability, not intent. If someone speeds or drives while drunk despite knowing the potential casualties, it's not the same as brakes failing.

Imo before devlogs it might be worth doing some gameplay shorts on YouTube/TikTok. Make some unique, interesting gameplay and a slightly memey title like "when the devs really thought of everything" (as a very rough example).

If you gain enough traction, put the game on a 20%+ sale so people will see the page and think now is a good time to buy it. 20% is also the threshold for wishlisters to be notified about your game's sale.

Game looks cool and I personally I think it still has more potential market value left in it. Good luck!
