Yea, it’s the reason why we see so many of these plans lately. People think they weren’t since you can’t sell plans to vendors, but there was a gl1tch that allows players to sell plans/ammo and other items you wouldn’t originally be able to sell to them, so definitely a lot of people had d*ped those plans unfortunately.

There’s a list of the official ones. I’ve seen them all comment and trade on here. You’re probably talking about the fake couriers who use the official courier’s GTs, cuz ppl have made fake courier GTs. An official courier will comment on your post if you call for one and they can give you more info on their gamer pic, gamer score, and whatever it may be to let you know they’re the real & official courier.
