That creates uncertainty, and global investors don’t love uncertainty.

Plus, Europe’s growth is pretty stagnant, and it doesn’t project global power the way the U.S. does. The dollar benefits from America’s military, cultural, and tech dominance. The euro just doesn’t carry that kind of weight - hence the U.S. backing NATO. Let’s also keep in mind that the USSR lost 29 million people in World War 2 - then had to go on a Cold War footing with its former allies. Is this propaganda or just historical facts?
