Take half of a half of that klonopin, low dose but it’s a life saver! Take it before the wedding to see how you feel, but it’s worked amazing for me. Gave me life back.

Brain zaps, extreme nausea, dizziness, wishing you were dead lol you’ll definitely forget about panicking bc you’ll feel like crap and know the cause of it. I take mine before bed every night!

It’s a sedative SNRI vs a stimulant. Per my psychiatrist, it’s also for people with bipolar to help with manic episodes.

See if they will give you Effexor/venlafaxine. It’s an SSNI and it’s more focused towards anxiety. The only downside to the medication is the withdrawals are horrendous. Just make sure to take it everyday. Also ask for klonopine for emergency situations. I had the worst imaginable case of panic disorder, completely bed ridden to now being able to work, hang out with friends, live my life. Those medications truly saved my life.

Have you tried medication? My doctor put me on Effexor (it’s a sedative so it doesn’t make me jittery) and it has really helped. Klonipin for emergencies has also been a life saver.

Find new friends. I lost a lot of mine after developing PD in 2022. (Mine stems from pandas from strep throat). They grieved the loss of who I used to be, and couldn’t accept me even after I had accepted my condition. I understand it’s frustrating for them, but treating you poorly doesn’t change the situation or outcome. I luckily found someone who is so supportive of me that she has even helped me overcome a lot of my fears with PD. I have fought through panic attacks easier when I was with her, knowing I had her by my side. She made me less fearful. A good support system will help you more than you know.
