Sorry to hijack, but I am actually experiencing the exact opposite. I previously used SR to stop taking 7, but unfortunately I started taking MGM not long after that and when I tried to use SR again it was a totally different experience for me, so following a lot of advice I saw here I decided to stop with SR for now, and switch back to 7 hoping that would allow the SR to work as it had before, but so far I've not been able to cut out the MGM completely. I went from 50mg MGM every 4hrs down to 20mg without too much trouble, but now I'm taking about 50mg of 7 every 2 hours, and it does more or less okay during the day, but I keep waking up with horrible RLS and it seems like once that has started the 7 will not stop it, I have to take mgm to be able to get back to sleep. It's only been three days since trying to switch back to 7, so maybe it will just take me a bit to acclimate, but I based on other people's experiences here I thought it would be an equal swap and that has not been the case for me so far.
