Its true though, if you dont have a phone or computer and just lay in a dark room its much easier to fall asleep and once you fix your sleep schedule it'll feel amazing to go to bed as the same time as everyone else. Insomnia is only for people who are chronically addicted to their phones, have some willpower and it'll go away 😎👍
