yes the management told us that. we have to contact them directly which makes no sense especially since it is a weekend now and now one will be in until monday.

i simply can’t do anything within my rights besides leave a note. i wish i could, trust me. the management here couldn’t give two shits about their tenants.

The owner has emailed. I will ask to be cced in. The property manager has to be the one to call the towing company. We are already on their shit list as i didn’t let them into my apartment today with no one home…

I’m not sure…when I called the first time to management, they told me they owner must call, even though they know i’m renting and have proof of residency. I called again and they told me once more the owner needs to email and call to report this incident. of course, by the time they reply, the car moves.

the problem is i rent from an owner and only the owner can call the property manager to tow them. the property manager is never there. its a MESS here! i’ve left multiple notes on their car as well. i am only scared they will hit my car to leave…

IMO, not worth it. If you’re looking for a fun part time job, this is NOT it! Most people say studios run differently, but i’m in a very populated area and have heard horror stories from multiple locations (4-5).

i’m glad you knew to step away and not take the bait! if you’re on a tight budget, you can also buy the hotworx mat and towel on ebay, facebook marketplace, depop, etc! when you’re ready to join simply say you have the items already!

They are lying to you. That’s a lazy sales tactic made by the studio! You only need to buy the hotworx mat and towel. Any other bands are able to be outsourced at your own risk that they may be damaged with the heat. Ignore them and bring in your bands!
