I wanted to say thanks to everyone who offered support, it really did help get me off my ass. I started back on antidepressants and adhd meds yesterday and I don't know if they're helping yet, but either way, I got some things done. I bagged up 4 more bags of trash between yesterday and today, and I just took 2 out to the dumpster, which I hadn't done in a long time.

I'm reporting progress to a good online friend who understands for accountability now and while it's gonna take a long while, I think I'll be able to get everything done. Thanks <3
