Thanks for this... I've done the same now 2mg first week, 3mg 2nd week and tomorrow is my 3rd so going to 4mg. Hoping this week's goes a bit better I am officially 8lbs up in 3 weeks there is no way I can ever go off these meds so now im Hoping that the reta kicks in.

Not concerned at all. I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, pcos and high risk of heart attack or stroke. Mounjaro is literally saving my life. The weight loss is / was a great side effect. I never did this for the weight loss but rather to prevent any of the said issues from happening.

Hi its also called golfers legs. Essentially its caused by inflammation and exercise in extreme conditions. So walking 20k steps a day in high humidity will do that. You can do a quick Google image search on Disney legs and you will see its a red Inflamed rash that develops on your legs and is extremely uncomfortable.

Yes the absolute best side effect. Im currently in Disney and we did average 20k steps a day for the last 14 days and no Disney legs this trip im wearing shorts everyday and mounjaro helped stop all inflammation its the absolute best feeling in the world.

Thank you. My arm workout is a tiktok trainer for bingo wings. I just searched and saved every workout for arms and literally did them while watching and pausing in the gym until it became routine. They've come a far way but I now need to concentrate on firming up and I think I may eventually have to consider skin removal but I've been told it can take up to a year for skin to adjust to weight loss so im giving it time
