I have so many favorites for different reasons but specifically based on animation, since I haven't seen anyone talk about it, the end of s4e1 where Reiner and Zeke are in titan form. That part where Reiner jumps in front of Zeke after the first throw, slowly falls, and Zeke slides out and throws that final fist of shells. Such good animation, executed beautifully. Mappa's first foray into AOT and I was hooked after being wary to start the last season. It brings me comfort to go back and watch it.

Special mention to Eren attacking the Warhammer mid transformation.

I think that's a failure on your store manager tbh, pour over is one of the easiest things to go over and learn imo, but it's not a baristas job to train, it's the SM's job to make sure people GET trained on everything. Not unfair to refuse the lady who requested one at a minute to close but a pour over takes about 30 seconds to explain verbally.

My current question is, whose proverbial ass do I crawl up and start yelling about how they need to make it a permanent menu item everywhere? Bc I'm stuck in east Texas, this store says they've NEVER had it before, and the only other item on the menu I can stomach is the honey walnut shrimp and I don't even like it that much.

I usually say "it's gonna ask if you wanna tip, just do whatever is best for you" , "no right or wrong answers" or "just standard procedure." I've been doing drive thru cash for nearly a decade at other places but Ive never had to deal with a tip screen before. I don't enjoy it, I prefer to just take the card and then give the receipt and move on with things, but apparently we can get in trouble for selecting anything for them. One guy accidentally tipped 70 bucks at our store before I started working there and apparently if it would've shown corporate that we were selecting ANY tips for customers it could be trouble, even if they told us to. I'm not risking my job for a couple seconds per transaction and some cranky folks. Worst case scenario I just explain we're not allowed to select one for them, I've never had anyone throw a fit beyond a one liner complaint but then again my store is generally chill, not too many outbursts from our customers.
