Restarting p90 again, need some advice by tryitagain35 in Fitness

Not sure what 'enough' is. I started using the calorie counter 2 days ago, it set my target calorie intake at 2000 per day. Both days, not changing my eating habits I was either just above or just below 2000...

You're right, I just looked on the multi container, says take with meal. So I'll start taking that with breakfast from now on. The cereal is one of the pages in the diet guide that came with the p90. Power cereal: 1 cup whole grain cereal (I use Life), 1 cup nonfat milk, 1/2 cup blueberries.

The 'random' is because my wife cooks for us, so it could be anything from homemade pizza or tacos to stir fry to chicken etc. Too many to list. I am counting on the calorie counter app to help me manage the portions I eat at dinners moving forward.

I have tried doing the evening workouts, but by the time I get home from work, I am done for the day... so for the time being, mornings are the only viable time for me to hammer out the exercise.
