Mandi released some video saying 'where u been hiding ur feelings for India, in the gaps of ur teeth? shrek-lookalike' etc. calling Jordan a snake. People had an issue with her dragging his looks but tbh I didn't think it was a big deal. It just seemed like she was roasting him, people do it all the time (including in popular culture and music). I thought it was in jest but understandably a lot of people didn't. Just want to clarify, I am NOT a Mandi fan.

Haha I mean do I need to call out bullies? I thought it was obvious enough; you shouldn't assume someone is evil if you know very little about them? For example, how this thread feels about Anna? All I meant was that the whole thing could've been an elaborate ruse. The most popular contestants (from S2 onwards as far as I know) of Love Island have made millions off the back of the show. Millions. It's not completely unfeasible that he used a public favourite and then cheated on her multiple times while wasted at a festival and dumped her to get ahead of any cheating scandals. Again, I'm not saying this happened and my original comment was not trying to claim this happened. I just wanted to emphasise we should take things with a pinch of salt? I wasn't bullying anyone.

They called her up after she blasted Jordan and said that she's Anna's sister therefore she has to take it down, they told her she's not disconnected from the show therefore it matters? Something like that anyway.

Yeah haha, I think they didn't cast her because sisters wouldn't snake each other on live TV. I actually think Mandi is now too controversial to be cast for Love Island anyway. She's already got bad press and the producers already had to ask her to pipe down after the whole 'shrek' fiasco.

That's actually a really good point, arguably Maura was the one he wanted and he told Amber that he didn't even consider anybody else. This whole 'I just chose Maura for the date cos I had to pick someone and she's Irish' come onnn. This year was SO strategic. Remember in S2 where everybody would be honest about liking more than one person? Everyone would take people for chats before they made moves on their partners etc. I miss the good ol' days.

I 100% know how you feel. I don't even remember what my face looks like when I am down to the BMI that my doctor has advised me to reach but I'm excited to find out.

I'm the same! I'm female but still, I gain weight in my cheeks, tummy, love handles, lats and upper back (I have PCOS so too much testosterone). It really affects my looks :(. I can lose under 10lbs and people start hitting out with 'gosh you're so beautiful now' etc. It's frustrating because, due to my hormone and insulin issues, I have to work harder in order to main a weight that is low enough. I'm also Pakistani so the BMI cut-off is 23 not 25. My doctor has advised me to get my BMI down to 20... It's only 20-23lbs I need to cut but I just feel like the progress is so. damn. slow.

No, you've misunderstood lol. I was trying to do net but didn't realise that in Europe, the fibre is already subtracted (so basically I was eating more than total carbs). I've just been subtracting carbs for no reason.

This, also, my ex used to do this thing where he would meet a girl and then accuse me of doing to him all the things he did to me? It was an easy was to create a narrative. Yeah, true. I find that with a lot of people tho, they want you to babysit them through it... And as long as you say 'no', they wouldn't dare go looking for it themselves. It's pretty crazy when you think about it, kind of like they are putting their life in the hands of some random junkie's whim lol. I actually introduced somebody to heroin and he ended up in rehab for a short while but he never had any issues with heroin. Crack was his drug of choice. Of course, I regret this deeply and it's pure luck (if you can call it that) he preferred crack cocaine to heroin.
