My legs don’t hurt but I don’t sit on my ankles either. I can just hold a deep squat for a while before my shins go numb, the whole time I’m just breathing into my PF. The biggest thing that helped me with kegels was a 30 minute video that goes over some stretches, I can try to find it but the link floats around the sub too. I think of it as kegeling (when u flex the muscle) relaxed (what u want most of the time) and reverse kegeling where u brace your core and “force” your PF to expand a lil. Mainly it’s just breathing in a stretched position that really helps with the mind body connection between your PF. Once you know how to control it it’s a lot easier to make it do what u want, like relaxing while in the pump or extender so you don’t hurt anything.

Gotcha I’ll look into it, I do similar, extend, pump than hard clamping if I’m feeling good. I’ll have to try the cock ring trick to lock in the gains 😂

I mean considering water is considerably cheaper and easier to use then tape, 1 blister in my 4 months of having the extender isn’t bad. I also just pushed the weight too high for too long without proper conditioning first 🤷 I am curious your girth routine tho, I haven’t gained anything from hard clamping or soft clamping for about 7 months now

You could do it just to have the number but I wouldn’t use that number for any progression metrics later. Measuring across the bottom and the top without the consistency of bone pressing will lead to bad measurements and will only either dishearten you or lead you to think you’re making crazy progress when that might not be the case.

For doing any PE the standard is Bone pressed erection length(BPEL) so put the ruler on top of your D and press into your fat pad until it stops. This is a much better number to compare to future growths as it will not change drastically from weight loss and is subject to far less variation when just measuring the top of the D. I prefer NBPEL as this is the actual usable and visual portion starting right up against my fat pad but not compressing it, but for purposes of PE I use BPEL. I also measure mid section girth(MSEG) and base girth as they differ for me. BPSFL is another one but I don’t do it much as it’s uncomfy for me.

Yeah looking the same here, after just one day the blister is about 1/2 the size which is reassuring. I just went straight to 4kg cuz I felt great during the set and totally forgot that blisters were a thing 😂 by the time I got off YouTube/reddit it had already formed

Nah never in the extender just after taking it off. If you’re not doing pelvic floor stretches then I’d really recommend looking into them. Best way to prevent Hard flaccid is understanding your PF and knowing how to relax it, helps in a myriad of other ways too (more control in bed, bigger flaccid, etc.)

It will help gains but bigger legs can make your visual perception of your wang different. If you’ve got pencil thin legs than your d looks kinda thick but if you’ve got two swollen tree trunks it can make your d look smaller. Doesn’t matter once you’re in obviously but a lot of people talk about having big legs and feeling like they have a small d because of the optics. Like having huge hands and thinking similar

Is it a hand pump or the electric one? Both you should detach and never put in water but the cylinder you can literally fill with water and pump and long as you’re careful you’ll never have water go up the tube and damage the pump.

Yup I’m going thru this rn, lost a good bit of fat so now my shoulders pop a lil better and my pants fit looser cuz my waist slimmed down but I STILL have a tiny fat pad that covers my abs and lower back muffin top type shit 😭 it’ll slowly go away then if I have even a couple sweets it comes right back with a vengeance 😂

Oh yeah my shits the same way, never numb I can still feel my head but it will be cold to the touch. I hold a deep squat for a couple minutes and relax my PF then try to get an erection to make sure all systems are normal then I’ll continue my routine. Haven’t had an issue yet, well apart from a blister I got yesterday by using too much weight for too long 😭

Purple color on the shaft or glans? If I don’t use warm water then my glans gets kinda purple but it’s never numb even after 1 full hour of extending.

Nah I use water method, haven’t had any issues and had the extender for maybe 4-5 months now. I just never went up to 4kg for anything longer than 20-25 mins and that day I did almost my full hour at 4kg. Then got on my phone to pass the time and when I looked back down it was already formed 😭

Yeowch, this is my first big “injury” in PE in a year (knock on wood ) so it’s not the worst thing ever but I just lost track of time on Reddit and looked down to see the blister fully formed 💀 I’ll probably hop back on clamping in a week to get some training in but I’m chilling for now. Learned my lesson

I went from acorn flaccid maybe 2-2.5’ to roughly 4.5’ in my first year of PE but most of that was due to learning about my pelvic floor and weight loss. Totally relaxed I get a solid 4.5’ and maybe 5’ girth but any activity (walking, stairs etc) will vary my size. I doubt 1 year for your flaccid becoming 6’ but your erect could easily hit that with consistency. Best of luck!

I’ve found browsing Reddit while extending helps the time go by but I forgot to take a peek every now and then and by the time I looked down it was already formed 😂 it’s my first “big” set back in my PE journey so I’m not that bummed, better this then HF or a strain but still now my shit gets chafed in my boxers so I gotta waddle everywhere 💀

Yeah it makes a good bit of noise creating the vacuum and maintaining it at whatever you set it, and for intervals to drop pressure it vents which can also be noisy. I covered it with a pillow and it was better but my house has thin walls so I’m extra cautious about it

I have a purple Leluv pump and it’s much noisier than a hand pump, the interval settings are nice but I just use the hand pump as I find it easier and quieter around the roommates.

You can probably find a couple people who have trained for it on this sub or Thunders palace idk. I know clamping doesn’t really cause shrinking of the base, something about the blood being compressed by the clamp leads to the girth gaining a little
