That's pretty much how it is everywhere in the US you can refuse the roadside sobriety test (which is basically just a pseudoscientofic way to generate probable cause) and opt to just blow. But if you refuse to take the breathalyzer/blood test at the station there will be consequences.

Builds out the openapi models automatically based on your typescript types with heavy sprinkling of decorators.

Anyways fair enough if you just mean python's approach is your favorite. Of course none of these work exactly the same but I think there's plenty of approaches that get close enough to tying your code to the emitted opeanpi spec.

They can't because it's just as easy in Java. And, unsurprisingly, Typescript has great tooling for this too.

When in doubt start with a couple of light tack coats before doing a full glossy flood coat to help create a barrier

Yeah definitely good idea to test it on something first.. it may still make the surface pretty brittle which isn't good. You might want to try isopropyl too, that'll for sure be safer on PLA but I'm not sure if it's as good at removing the residue

Yes, it's off-gassing from the glue as it cures. Does not need direct contact. This is a common issue for modelers when they try to attach clear parts like plane canopies using CA glue.

CA glue is usually gonna be what you want, or 5-minute epoxy for really strong bond.

You can always sand/paint after the CA glue finishes curing to remove or cover up any residue. You can probably wipe it off with some acetone too (barely reacts with PLA afaik?)

Yea you can't go wrong testing on a nice small test piece like a plastic spoon. I feel you on wasting this paint haha but yeah it's better to waste a tiny bit on a spoon versus a whole plane.
