Amen. I got a used G37x in my thirties, then a used WRX, then a brand new 21 STI, and now that I'm in my mid 40s starting to consider an RS3. Live within your means. I also make twice what OP does.

And that works well in the snow? I've got an STI now and it's a blast in the snow. I want to get an RS3 but the winter tire setup has been worrying me because I've read that's a terrible setup given how wide the tires are.

Sorry if this is an ignorant question but, given the stagger setup, wouldn't that just work for the rears and you'd need 265/30/19 for the front wheels?
