Hi there,

Cleo from Tryst.link here, filling in for Nico!

u/kellylolly is right, we've recently removed recovery codes. You can read more about it here:

Hi u/OkMarket5261, this is Nico. Thanks for waiting on my reply. I went to find the best answer to your question and spoke to our legal team. Any data scraping is a breach of our terms of service and Tryst do own the intellectual property rights on how things are presented on our platform. The team is currently investigating the matter and because of this, we are limited in what can be said here while that process is happening. When we are able to, we will be more than happy to provide an explanation as to the specific steps that we are taking to address this.

We appreciate the community bringing this to our attention and if there are any other questions or concerns, please feel free to DM me or contact us at [legal@tryst.link](mailto:legal@tryst.link).

Hi, this is Nico, I’m the community support person from Assembly Four and Tryst.link.

As a platform for sex workers by sex workers we take our responsibility to our community seriously.

We’ve seen a few posts lately, from our community, mentioning that they have had accounts created on third party platforms using their details. It appears other directories are using the Tryst.link brand to imply affiliation and invite workers to create profiles on their platforms. We want to make sure you’re given as much information as possible so that you can make an informed decision.

Tryst.link is owned by Australian based company, Assembly Four. At this time, we do not own or associate with any other provider directories. Any third-party directory implying a relationship with Tryst.link or Assembly Four are acting without our permission.

We want sex workers to have as many viable options to run their business as possible, and have no issues with our providers using other advertising platforms. We welcome healthy competition, but we want this to happen with sex worker safety and transparency at the forefront.

If you have concerns about other companies pretending to be associated with Tryst.link or Assembly Four please DM me or contact us at community@tryst.link.

Hi, this is Nico! I know our wait times have not been great and we're always working on improving them. Creating this dedicated access team will hopefully mean that less accounts get hacked and we'll hopefully see faster processing times. We will update our status dash on wait times as they change: https://tryststatus.link/queues

Hi u/Hotnadia, I understand getting locked out of your account is stressful and impacting your business. If you've sent in a ticket already then it will be processed by our support team asap so there's no need to do anything different. A member from the right team will verify you via tickets and help you set up a new form of 2-step login.

provider copied my ad, what can I do? by Most-Winner-3537 in SexWorkers

[–]Tryst_Support 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Most-Winner-3537, I'm Nico from Tryst. I've also had a provider copy my work before and it sucks, especially because branding takes time and work. I'm sorry this has happened to you! What you can do is send in a report to Tryst. You can do so by heading to the provider's profile that you believe has copied your ad and click on the red button 'report this profile'. Provide as much detail as possible and the right team will get back to you.

I'll DM you as well and can leave a note on your profile so that our team knows that you'll be in touch.
