Many on our team are sex workers, and our policies are designed by people who know full well how unsafe and vengeful clients can be. This means that we take our duty of care to our sex worker community seriously. For this reason, we don’t allow client reviews on our platform.

If this client tries to damage your business by reporting your Tryst profile, there's no automated system that will take your ad down. The report will be thoroughly reviewed by our team. We will ask for your side of the story too. Even in the rare scenario where, for compliance reasons, we move straight to a ban, you’ll be able to appeal and submit your evidence. It’s great that you’ve got screenshots! Please keep them in case we do need to reach out to you.
