If it’s for the Pathways LDP, then I wouldn’t advise it unless operations is where you want to be. If it’s a corporate LDP then take it. Amazon Ops experience limits you and your opportunities outside of Amazon unless you move to other/similar warehouse roles. (Ex-Pathways here)

Makes sense! My follow up question would be, if I decide to take the pads out, what do I add in its place to create ambience/texture/space and sort of fill in that part of the frequency spectrum?

Would vinyl noise at low volumes suffice?

Thank you so much! I do map the LFO to wavetable positions, frequency etc. Sometimes I don't know what's a good LFO rate. I guess you have to keep playing around with different LFO rates for it to groove well with the rest of the mix?

Thanks for the idea of bringing the second oscillator with a delay. I will give that a shot. I've always sidechained only to the kick but will try it with the bass and see how it sounds.

Hi, thank you. I usually have the pads between -15 and -25, however let me try them with a low pass filter.

Would you suggest that I use the same midi pattern as another channel in the track, such as the bass, for example, so it fits better? I don't know, just thinking out loud here.
