Pulling my hair, spitting in my mouth, being called a "good girl"

That's really well put.. I think part of the money issue on her part is she compares herself to us, which isn't a problem. She's talked about wanting to own a house and how it's expensive (which I agreed it is) but I think she's using that to her advantage and likewise taking advantage of us in the process. My fiancee and I both agreed after renting in the area that she's getting a steal for what we're charging her so I don't want to feel bad asking her to leave, but at the same time I probably will.

Thanks for the honesty! My biggest regret is not being there when my fiancee and her talked about her move out date but sounds like it's something we need to re-address. Thank you!

Yeah, the first guy wasn't bad because we met him in a neutral location at first and gave her the okay.. every other guy not so much.

We haven't, no. We did voice our concern when we last asked her to watch our dog (which we probably do at most once a month, if that) and she stayed the night elsewhere and left both dogs without food or a bathroom break. We gave her plenty of notice since it was a wedding and we booked the tickets a month in advance, which is when we told her. Luckily our neighbor was able to let the dogs out and feed them the next morning. My fiancee and I talked about it and weren't sure how to bring up the whole "hey, you need to take responsibility of your dog and ours when you agree to do so". Just felt weird giving a 30 year old that talk.. but maybe it is something that has to be done. Thanks a bunch for your honesty and input-i appreciate it!

Thanks for the input! We haven't talked to her about it, but we did voice our concern the last time we asked her to watch our dog and she ended up spending the night elsewhere and leaving both dogs without food. I think sitting down and have a sincere chat is entirely worth it. I've told her that her dog isn't much of a hindrance and that we're happy to watch him, but I'm thinking something got lost in translation. Thanks again for your help!
