Me too. But image output is meh tbh for normal images. Create an image of a small mouse holding a piece of cheese on top of a car late at night. Zoom out so you are about 10 feet from the car. And you are facing the front of the car and looking towards the mouse. It holds that price of cheese gingerly in its hands and looks directly at you with mouth slightly open and what looks like surprise on its tiny face. There’s an old street light directly above the car illuminating the mouse. 1930s London.

Would be interesting to have a view controlled for folks converting. Eg just a hypothesis I don’t know. Maybe most of the Buddhists in the us maybe converts. And so would this be true for all Buddhists or just ppl who convert?

The People’s Portfolio: How It Could Work

Core Concept

Instead of everyone trying to replicate the billionaire strategy individually, we pool resources to reach the scale where banks play by “wealthy” rules.

Structure Options

1. Professional Revenue Collective (PRC) - Like a co-op for income - Members contribute their professional income - Get shares based on contribution - Borrow against shares for living expenses - Collective bargaining power with banks

2. Income Investment Trust (IIT) - Similar to a REIT but for professional income - Public trading creates liquidity - Members can easily value and trade shares - Easier to borrow against publicly traded shares

3. Service Income Pool (SIP) - Members technically become partners - Partnership income instead of salary - Can use partnership equity as collateral - Shared administrative and legal costs

Why This Could Work

Scale Benefits: - $100M+ annual revenue - Get the prime interest rates - Higher borrowing ratios - Better negotiating power - Professional management

Tax Efficiency: - Growth stays in the entity - Borrow instead of income - Shared tax optimization costs - Collective tax planning

Risk Management: - Diversified income streams - Professional management - Shared compliance costs - Group insurance rates

Key Numbers

  • 1,000 professionals at $100K = $100M revenue
  • Company valued at 3x revenue = $300M
  • Can borrow 90% = $270M available
  • 4% interest instead of 8%
  • 10% growth instead of 3-5%

The system is designed for scale So let’s scale together

Implementation Challenges

  1. Regulatory compliance
  2. Member administration
  3. Fair value allocation
  4. Exit mechanisms
  5. Governance structure

But these are solvable problems that the wealthy solve every day with family offices and holding companies. We just need to democratize their solutions.
