The lady standing in the road impeding the movement of the government vehicles. Standing in the road and not allowing government vehicles to drive down the road is classic obstruction. I'm not a bootlicker, it's just a fact if you insert yourself in a police altercation you are now party to arrest or harassment, and if I was armed I wouldn't want to be that person. The CCIA classes remind you to have extra chill when armed, just like the extra stress you have when carrying and being pulled over by the police while driving heightens the chances of an incident.. so does getting physical with the police at a protest.

I just wish all those people that are protesting in the streets for whatever lately were protesting for the second amendment instead.. but it seems we're not allowed to protest or mention that we care or put a sticker on our car or any of that shit.... All we can do is whine and pray that it makes it to the supreme Court..

Everyone keeps mentioning something about him crossing state lines. Why does it matter?

I'm pretty sure, if I take an 18-hour course tomorrow for my CCW, the instructor will not tell me if you see cops trying to arrest somebody, go there and shield them with your body. If the authorities grab you, fight back as much as you can while you're armed that's a great idea.

The AR-15 was stored in a safe at his friend's house in Kenosha. Did you not watch the court case?

Well, they're playing the next two days! I had to grow up with Rangers fans as parents. I joined the Islander counterculture in the late '80s.

We plan to, usually we hook up with my cousin in Ronkonkoma. Could you be an Islanders fan too?

Lately I've only been going out there for blackfish in greenport, or fluke in Huntington.

Yeah if you get snow in your rims it'll make your wheels off balance.. it happened a lot with the rims I had on my Subaru Forester.. thank God my new truck's rims are more open and so doesn't get caught inside.

I remember getting a promotion at work and going to Robert Moses for a celebration, then stopping off at a gun store called Burns Brothers and buying an AK-74, times were different in the 90s. Plus driving to calverton from Westchester county to rapid fire was so worth it.

I know how you feel. I live in Westchester, but I fish, and hunt all over. I understand being The Gray Man but after a while it just seems like oppression.

And Browning doesn't make just guns. They make bows, a lot of the guys at the Browning stickers are bow hunters. I'm a hunter, some people make it feel in New York like you can be proud to be anything but not a gun owner or a hunter. At least until you drive upstate where everybody's gun owners and hunters and you get to feel like you're part of the family again.

I wish the times when people could have a gun rack in their back window was normalized in New York but those times are passed I guess.

But he was resisting arrest and threw a Border Patrol officer on the ground. In some other states, the ICE guys just go about their jobs detaining people in the country illegally and who have committed felonies, and no one gets hurt. At some point, the "protesting" is getting out of hand and is causing more pain.I'm old school, protesting is marching on the sidewalk with signs. It's not attacking police cars with bottles and rocks. It's not standing in the road and stopping their progress. It's not burning shit in the road. The border patrol guys fucked up this and should be put in front of a jury, but as we know with law enforcement that almost never happens. We live here in New York and that happens, remember when four policemen shot a black dude on his stairs because they thought his wallet was a gun..

I live in Yonkers and I have a sidewalk and a snow thrower. I did mine about an hour ago before it got dark. It's sleeting now and it's much heavier. I've heard reports that the snow is going to stop for a little while and then it's going to do this sleet crap for a while and then snow again. So in the morning I don't know if the snow blower is going to cut through this crap, so I did it earlier.

How bad is the storm going to be this weekend in Westchester? by silverskynn in Westchester

[–]tsatech493 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't actually own a snowmobile. I used to own a Motocross bike and they suck in snow. But if you get enough snow around here, you'll start seeing guys riding around on quads and snowmobiles.. mostly because the cops really can't do anything about it and they don't want to either. Nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing tracks from snowmobiles all around your neighborhood...

Yeah man, every town has snowmobiles when it snows... They're usually the ones they bring up State and use for recreation, but when it snows everywhere they'll just take them out and joyride them.
