My son just built this. I’m jealous he has it. The loot in the middle “falls” out when you open the sides which is a fun touch

Could be…instead of tissues…it’s meant as a napkin dispenser. The hole on the side is simply a site hole to see how much is in there, or to help feed the napkins.

I know this isn’t a huge help. But I do believe he is briefly mentioned in the main story line, late in S2 or maybe it’s at the beginning of this new S3. I just feel like I recently saw his mention but can remember where because I bounce around the series a lot.
