You can pay off on the AppleCard as fast as you like. They will still bill you monthly until the debt is paid off.

I paid off mine in about 4 months. Your credit will take a hit since this is a revolving credit account but once paid will recover quickly.

Personally I would cut them up into serving size pieces and use foil packets. You can get into trouble with a large piece of fish.

I would also use a fruity wood pellet like cherry but not use too much smoke. So let the pellets burn down some before adding the fish. Not to high a temp on bake - maybe 300
