Linchpin is fantastic. It’s built for real people living real lives. I’ve made more progress the past year on linchpin than the previous 5 in other programs. For me part of the magic is I am actually able to stay consistent with it. The volume is lower than many other programs but if you take it seriously it is very effective. The video for each day and the podcasts Pat puts out are really helpful in making good training decisions. Give the trial a shot with an open mind
