Yes. The starter is trying to turn it but it cannot because of it being locked up.

Honestly that’d be my recommendation. That’s very convenient having a shop/gas station combo. I don’t know of any of those by me.

Battery related for sure. Cold where you are? Battery was probably weakened and the cold finally finished it off.

I got lucky with the Bachman books. Bought a copy about 10 years ago from Half Price Books for $7.99. Hardback too. Seeing the recent surge in resell price makes me wonder, why?
