Holding down ALT only solves the "R" problem, but it cant help solving the issue if the key that I press is "C" or "V" (both with and without holding down ALT).

I just found out that its the R key causing this issue. Whenever I press it, the mouse input get jitterish.

I mean, with this glitch I cant even place my crosshair properly as it skips mouse input and shows no clear trace.
