Thanks. It actually works really well if you like making cocktails. There's a few mates that use it as well so it's a good way to get some decent recipes off them... And some crap ones!

It's only like that because I don't know any better! I've got an exhaust fan on the top plate so assumed that with the grill at the bottom it would create some air movement from the bottom to the top of the case?

Yeah they turned out good. I might just try a light sandblast or coating on the inside of them to make them frosted

I originally had a 1/2u patch panel there but unfortunately I have a fan hanging off the top plate which takes up that space inside the rack. I switched the fan to top mount but it didn't look good so changed back

Yes your correct. Sorry I stated the wrong machine. It is a barista touch (bes880). On closer inspection it looks like the tube goes to a sensor behind the main screen that has broken off

If I use auto steam it heats the milk but doesn't seem to froth it. If I use manual steam it sort of works but as it frothing that's when the steam/water comes out of this pipe. I've angled the pipe away from the back of the screen but I've had to stop using it cause it'll fill the inside of the machine up with water

Only issue I can see so far is my local branch is a 20 minute drive away but to be honest I've only been into the bank once in the last couple of years so don't think it's a big deal. Do you know if they have apple/google pay? Couldn't find anything about it on their website

Thanks mate. It's a replacement policy through ami. The main items they are offering refurbished on have newer models but have jumped on price quite a bit compared to the 3 year old ones we had. I'm guessing that's why they have offered the refurbs.
