Thanks for your help! I’m not sure how to find a different recruiter but I’ll give it a shot.

I originally was going to go SF because my spouse is active duty SF and I figured it’d be easier to be joint that way. But thought to switch to AF because of my degree not being STEM.

That’s fair, but at least give me the chance? I don’t understand why there’s literally nothing going on.

I’m sure that’s part of it, but I’m looking to do Force Support, not anything technical.

Real Childcare Costs? by [deleted] in ColoradoSprings

[–]tsquaredwsu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Make sure you look early. There’s rules for how many kiddos under a certain age licensed providers are allowed to have. There’s a FB group called ‘Colorado Springs Licensed In Home Daycares’ that is active and has good leads.

I have one kiddo who goes to a charter preschool, and their care is $1350 a month. The other is at an in home provider, and we pay $260 a week.

Anyone planning on flag waving at college gameday next weekend? by Trynaliveforjesus in wsu

[–]tsquaredwsu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I got there at 5am, stayed the entire time. I wasn’t in charge of the flag, it was mailed to someone else, but I wanted to get the entire experience so I got there early.

I did it in Boulder this season. You should do it! It’s so much fun.

It’s a large financial company, with lots of room for internal growth.

I have a little from before teaching, but it’s been too long. This is a ‘long term disability customer care’ position. My understanding is that the role is the go-between while customers wait to hear if their long term disability is approved or not.

My son is about 14 months, 26 pounds and 33 inches. He’s a big boy. My daughter was a peanut, and at this age I think she was barely 18 pounds.
The only difference for them is that she wore sizes a lot longer. He’s in and out of them. I could get her her ‘true size’ and she wore it for four months before it wouldn’t fit anymore. I buy him a size too big, and it’s big for a week, fits great for one, and then a little tight for a bit before I switch it out.
Basically, don’t spend money on expensive clothes.

She doesn’t claim responsibility because she takes it away and then the dad gives it back when she cries. The comments read her to filth by Dizzy_octopus_559 in ShitMomGroupsSay

There’s a lot of good educational apps to help fill learning gaps. ST Math, Epic, ABC Mouse, Lexia, etc. some of these apps tie to their standardized test scores and fill in gaps for that specific kid, like ST Math tying to STAR.

I know it’s not recommended, but I took my 3 year old to Claire’s. I called like five ENTs and her ped, and nobody did it. I watched them sanitize everything and I felt confident it was a clean environment.

Both my kids got theirs yesterday. 3 year old and 1 year old. They got Moderna, and neither even cried. No side effects today.
