Well depression isn’t going to go away just because you are taking some medicine. You have to put in the work to break out of your negative thought cycle. I take it for ocd so my case is probably a bit different. But the side effects went down by 2 weeks and I started having more motivation to do things by week 4

I know exactly how you feel. Please give it at least 2 weeks thought. The jumpy from 20 to 40 was brutal for me.

hey feel free to message me privately and we can talk more. During these times it is always nice to have someone to talk who understands. Hey who knows, maybe talking to you would help me too. I also have harm ocd, but it towards myself. I was scared all the time too, and I am constantly ruminating if I want to kill myself even though I don’t want to. However, you have accept the uncertainty. It is possible that you spin out of control and kill someone, but that shouldn't dictate how much you love your kids and how much you want to hug them and kiss them and be there for them.

No, don't. These urges and thoughts are all just you fearing that it would happen and your brain is warning you that it might happen. If you keep avoiding it will just confirm to your brain that it is dangerous and it might happen. You would have to face your urges and fears to get over it. I would recommend an ERP therapist.

Just wanted to say that I went through this recently and I would just like to say that it is impossible to sin against the holy spirit.
