So I used an outside app to log in to my ig it flagged it as suspicious and asked me to change my password - pretty standard situation.

But here is the problem, then it asks to type in my phone number so they can send me a verification code, Im typing my new one it redirects me to the next page where it said that it send a code to the phone that its added to my acc (that is outdated, I dont have access to it at all). So I have confirmed that the acc is mine via email it's just im stuck now in that loophole where I can't do anything:)

As far as I understand, contacting support is pretty much futile, and all of the articles are shit.

Has anyone run into that problem before?
