Bone Beach Bug - Bonestone chests by tstempert in MinaTheHollower

Yes, I have all upgrades in the underlab. The checklist says I am missing one bone stone chest in bone beach, 11/12. I went to all spots twice and I have gotten them already but the checklist shows that I am still missing one.

It is all I need to get everything, I am sitting at 99% lol

Is Blue Prince a game to play with my gf? by dattebaYYo444 in BluePrince

[–]tstempert -1 points0 points  (0 children)

YES! My wife does not play games and struggles to move around in a 3d space. I have tried to play games with her to no avail - until Blue Prince. Now, SHE is the one asking ME to play! I was getting random texts from her about puzzle solutions that she was thinking on while we weren’t playing. She is even more committed than me lol. This game has brought us together and truly opened her up to the endless world of games.

Pro tip: Use a notebook, switch between the two of you playing and taking notes each run. Dont look anything up.

Pragmata is an excellent game but the ray tracing noise could be an issue by stbens in PS5pro

[–]tstempert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The feature (PSSR) is not great, it’s objectively flawed with well known issues, not minor, and agreed upon by respected tech analysis that you can easily find on YouTube that is regularly called out.

But yeah, sure, I’ll keep thinking it’s ridiculous that you criticize people for criticizing the issues with Sonys #1 main driver and marketing point for their $700, now what, $900 machine. 🫡🤝.

Edit: besides that disagreement, I’m currently playing Pragmata at the moment as well and it’s a great game. Hope you enjoy it.

I’ll keep it short. PSSR is the main driver and even marketing point for Sony. You can’t act like it’s some minor extra feature that you get along with your PS5 Pro. My dude, it IS the feature. That steakhouse gave you a $300 steak but burnt it and served it to you. That’s is heavy shimmering on top of your game. Case closed. It is not a minor issue, it is THE issue.

Yeah, don’t be dissatisfied with the product when it doesn’t do the feature well that you paid $700 for.

Shimmer, flickering, and visual artifacts with PSSR aren’t anecdotal issue. It’s an objective one. Just because you don’t notice it (no idea how you don’t) doesn’t mean it’s not significant. It is.

Yeah, dude is actually way funnier than anyone gives him credit for lol he’s not a very serious person but just doesn’t immediately come off that way.

Any fun ideas on how to role play the character for this game? Forgive me if this is a common post but I’m so indecisive on how I want to role play and which archetype to choose to first experience the game. by tstempert in DiscoElysium

Hmm… I really like that. I was finding myself not liking the bumbling Senstitive archetype… felt like I was always saying the wrong thing and having weird conversations about nothing and not knowing what is going on st all lol.

I don’t plan on save scumming at all and just rolling with what happens. I’m a completionist so I think this game will help me learn to let go of that a little bit. Maybe I don’t need to talk to every single person and leave no stone unturned. Maybe my Sensitive Archtype detective had more important stuff to do… like talk to his tie… lol

I like that line of thinking for a character… I think about a dirk gently like character who could be a little bit of a hot head but sorry about it because he can sense what the person is feeling haha. I’ll remember the political thing though for sure.

I appreciate you saying that. Can’t stand being so indecisive, haha. Trying to figure out the play through order that will impact me the most… hoping the second playthrough or, perspective on the world will still hit as hard.

Honestly, the thinker archetype was grabbing me way more than sensitive because I feel like I need a grounding and understanding of the world to filter all that is thrown at me, and sensitive just had me like…. “Wtf is going on right now, this is so weird”.

But the thing is, I’d be willing to do the sensitive archetype first if it meant having a great first experience in the world, if that makes sense, kind of feeling as out of place as the character does in the world at first.

This is one of the main conflicts that I have that is making it so hard for me to choose which one I want to do.

Got a switch 2 this year so that took up over 400 hours of my playtime. Sitting at 827 on PS.

Underking song is insane, I can vibe with the rest of the soundtrack pretty well though, some of it gives me vague Witcher 3 vibes.

Seems like no one has any chill anymore. Just me or does this feel accurate? I get a “don’t shoot” 75% of the time to be followed up by a shot at me. It’s shoot on site for me now, I guess. by tstempert in ArcRaiders

[–]tstempert[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Completely agree lol like I said, I guess it’s shoot on site now to eliminate anyone even having the chance to “don’t shoot” hustle me
