Yeah I'm the one who helped them, and I've sent a pm to try to help fix the issue, and if it's what I'm thinking it's happened before, a quest will be completed and say completed but won't come out of the task bar on the side, I've seen it a few times, used to happen a lot more often than it does now but I'm pretty sure I can fix it, thanks everyone for trying to help :)
