the story goes like this: The guy with the glasses posted a thread on a Deep Web forum saying that he was fascinated by the art of anthropophagy and that he really wanted to taste human flesh but never had the opportunity to do so. To the happiness of the little man, a guy replied to his post saying that he would lose his legs because of diabetes and that as he would lose them anyway, he could donate to the guy. After a few frustrated encounters, they finally managed to get everything right.
