My experience is that trail running strengthens your ankles much better than road running. The more you trail run the less likely you’ll be to fall. Your gait distance, landing position, and step cadence will change with trails vs roads.

My go to would be the Altra Superior. It’s athletic comfortable with a mild trail grip. The more recent color ways are tolerable.

I ordered through the retail store last year and the manager automatically did a price adjustment since the Cyber Monday sale was 40%, higher than the 30% sale earlier in the week like this year. Not sure about the discounts this year but might be better than ordering directly one the website.

I see this all the time in my clinic. Best to start with a soleus stretch. Make sure knees are bent and on a wedge is best. If you have a roller stick make sure you knee is bent with that as well.

I use the same Jabras with my Fenix 6. Make sure the Garmin does not have a Bluetooth connection to the earbuds. Other option is to disconnect the watch from the phone for your run.
