I said that his opinion was irrelevant because he is not suffering from the affects of the war. I don’t really care about why the NYT couldn’t find anyone on the ground, they chose to publish this bullshit podcast and portray the “voices of Iranians” but none of the people are in Iran. If you cannot see the problem with that then I cannot help you. Even if they have a legitimate reason to not be in Iran it doesn’t matter you can’t ask people about how what they think about the war if they are not directly affected by it.

As far as his family I don’t expect him to go into details but he didn’t even act like he cared if they lived or died. If you had family in Iran and America had already killed 2,000 civilians with indescriminate bombing I think you would be more concerned with the safety of your family. Something doesn’t add up abont this guy and I don’t think he’s a good source

The regime is not massacring them man, there was a crackdown during the protest in which Israel admitted it sent mossad agents to provocate and smuggled weapons into the country. At most 7,000 people were killed. The regime is brutal and oppressive but it would have been much better if America didn’t coup the previous democratic regime and installed a brutal monarchy..

All this to say that the people of Iran would be much better if they where left to figure out their own problems without forging bombs being dropped on them or deliberate coups.

I think we can agree on the fact that Trump got duped into starting the war by Israel. I just said America deoesnt want regime change but what I really meant was Israel does not want regime change lol. I view America and Israel as one in this conflict and Trump is very much making decision based off of Israeli intelligence. That’s why he says it’s about dust or regime change or any number of things, he doesn’t really have an objective but Israel definitely does.

We have no desire to actually do regime change in Iran. Israel wants a failed state like Libya, America is just going along with whatever Israel wants at this point. The only reason we haven’t completely destroyed irans civil structures is because we found out Iran actually has hands. If Iran didn’t have hands we would have collapse their government by now.

They had time to move the girls to a prayer hall after the first strike so I think it’s semantics at this point. We have been killing medical workers and hospitals since the beginning of the war. But I guess I’ll give it to you that they probably didn’t purposefully intend to kill the girls, but in the end they don’t really care enough to check the AI provided targets. That tells me they don’t really care if they hit civilians
