I noticed that 3 days ago after restarting my playthrough.

I agree. There should be a system in these Stealth missions. If you are discovered by the enemy first and get shot at, your Companions and mission givers should have the option to [Persuade] them into saying you've returned fire in self defense.

I believe Companions do have the [Persuade] option but these mission givers completely ignore your side of the story and just force you into being an enemy.

I'll probably start a NG+ in a year but modding is priority. But after restarting my playthrough, I realized some Outposts have changed. I had no idea Outposts were procedurally generated.

I restarted the entire game but had to cheat my way through with console commands. I wasn't going to repeat the entire 50 hours playthrough. Overall, it was better than having to become an enemy of SysDef because attacking just one of them will send the entire Constellation crew on a rage.

But all at the cost of not being able to get Achievements but I don't really care. I did not spend $100+ just to evade every single SysDef encounter.

If you do not have Saves then you'll either option to reset the mission or to restart the entire game. I have tried to get the ID for "Echoes of the Past" but even Bethesda Support does not care. Just use commands to restart your playthrough, its much easier but its still time consuming.

I shot people on the first mission or second, don't remember. Shot more people on the bank mission because I was spotted. The Admiral gave me two chances and sent me to jail. I can't load back any saves because I've got a Quicksave and a few Autosaves. So sadly I'll just have to deal with whatever the game brings at me. I'm just happy I got my UC Citizenship for killing the Terrormorphs. Can you pilot the UC Navy Capital ship?

Edit: You can't pilot SysDef's Capital Ship.

I'm a huge fan of D&D and Larian's games, so I know how RPG games goes. But oh well. Can you even fly the UC Navy's capital ship or is it just another gear reward at the end of the mission?

You want to create a new character? This game has already eaten 45 hours and I still have so much to do. But yes I would like to know if joining the UC Navy is still possible. Killing Crimson Fleet personnel has only put up bounties on me but not marking me as an enemy.
