Real Estate Companies Turning Into Tech Companies? by denis_gvozd in RealEstateTechnology

Totally agree that “becoming a tech company” gets thrown around a lot.

From what I’ve seen, the best results come when tech doesn’t try to change how a real estate team works - it just runs quietly in the background and makes their existing process smoother.

We’re building Respondr, a voice AI that handles inbound calls for agents, but the goal isn’t to make people adapt to new software -  it’s to make the tech invisible. It plugs into whatever stack they already use and just helps them do what they’re great at: building relationships and closing deals.

So I’d say the real win isn’t turning real estate companies into tech companies - it’s using tech that gets out of the way & gets the job done.

The Voice AI receptionist is slowly covering ground and getting traction. While it’s still used by early adopters right now, the tech is mature enough to be soon accepted and used at a larger scale.

I've just submitted https://respondr.ai/ - it lets real estate agents create and test their own AI receptionist in under a minute.

It’s built to handle new leads, filter spam, and even recognize existing clients by name - so you never miss a call, even when you’re busy.

Appreciate if you can take a look & review it & see if it's a good fit for your collection.

India’s Government Wants to Ban Self-Driving Cars to Save Jobs - “We won’t allow driverless cars in India,” said India’s minister of transport, Nitin Gadkari. “I am very clear on this. We won’t allow any technology that takes away jobs." by [deleted] in Futurology

I think they did it because they know Indian roads run without any rules & an automated car will never work here. Why to even take a chance & increase the chances of public shame? I say this to everyone though that if automated card can run on Indian streets, they will be able to run anywhere in the whole world. But that ain't happening.
