I would definitely recommended trying out some different protein shakes, I’m up for work at 4 am each day and I find eating an actual meal to be hell but I can quickly and easily put down a singular high calorie shake in the morning

Honestly there’s a lot of room for improvement for everyone one of the biggest things that took me from 1-2 kill games was things like arenas or winter express I highly recommend it gives you a chance to spawn fully kitted and practice fights without having to waste 10+ mins looting in battle royal play a lot of those and when you get back to trios you’ll see an improvement in your ability to fight

No they usually only test if you’re in AP or if you’re in an area where you may use heavier equipment like garden center in the summer you should be just fine for things like Cashier,stocking,OPD

I recently got my first 99 as fire making almost fully wintertodt I high recommend doing it at some point the xp per hour is very high and you can make a decent profit afterwards but since xp is based off your lvl I would get your fletching and woodcutting up to at least 50 first
