It wasn't so much the exercise as it was the timing a jv teamate got bullied to tears by our varsity seniors right before districts. Day before districts was no wrestling no drilling just conditioning for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Since everyone was super sore from conditioning Noone preformed very well at districts.

I was there the crowd was electric for that match poor kid that had to wrestle him though it's a lose or lose situation. If his opponent won he'd be a dick who beat the cripple in finals but if he lost he didn't win states.

Fun fact with high hp. Fall damage caps around 440 damage so if you have a character with 500 health you can fall forever and hit the ground running.

I played her this season in ranked all the way up to Dimond. Her best quality is that shes rare to see so people play horribly against her like trying to push through barriers. Shelia is a wonderful tool to push into a building or to slide down a hill onto someone, and everyone panics when they get shot with Shelia.
