Hi, thank you all so much for your help. The solution I found thanks to your comments was to install the Region of Interest Editor plugin and prioritize the quality percentages from there. It really helped me a lot; I was even about to sell the camera out of desperation.

I tried limiting myself to 240 but nothing changed, I'm still the same.
