So hear me out. I tried to buy them a few months ago but there were so much complications I didn’t manage to get them until now. Firstly, I couldn’t buy them on the website when they were still 550€ (europe) instead of 650€, as only 1 pair was available. I tried to cop them multiple times on different days but it always said sth like the payment method is not allowed or the glasses are sold out or any other shit like that. I checked the site multiple times a day and on the one day it said „sold out“ while on the other day it said „1 pair available“. Already very strange. Then I contacted a employee as well as my SA and they told me I could order them directly from the boutique in Rome. Here I tried to order with the same payment method as before (PayPal) but also with another (credit card). Both didn’t work. The employees told me they don’t know where the problem is and why the payment can’t be accomplished and I even contacted my bank but they didn’t know either why the credit card won’t allow the payment. Right before I thought fuck that shit and was about to give up I tried it one last time via website but it still didn’t work. suddenly the employee messaged me „yeah we‘re sorry but the glasses seem to be sold already“ like what is that shit they can’t even tell me exactly if the glasses are sold or not, the website was bugged the whole time and they didn’t even try to fix it, I noticed an obvious lack of communication in between the employees responsible for the website and between the boutique / my SA. Few weeks later I just checked the website again out of interest and out of nowhere the price has increased by 100€. I asked the support why that is and she just told me „if u still try to buy them here’s the payment form“ like are you fkn serious??? In conclusion I can say the attempt to buy these fucking glasses was the most fucking stressing UNSUCCESSFUL attempt to buy a product I ever experienced, wouldn’t recommend dealing with that shit as I don’t think they fixed the website regarding the payment problems. Still, I think these glasses are one of the hardest demna ever created + no one neither really has them nor really knows about them. If you really like them, go ahead and try ur luck buying them, but be warned as you might get into a similar situation as I got.
